Postage & Packing

IMPORTANT:

Your order may arrive in more than one package. In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible some items will be dispatched directly from maunfacturers or distributors. This will not affect delivery times. We, and all the companies we deal with, aim to dispatch all orders paid by credit/debit card within 3 working days (normally within 24 hours) of receipt of your order, subject to item availability. Orders paid by cheque require a number of days for bank clearance. Once cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. You still only pay one lot of postage for your whole order - at competitive rates.*

Delivery Charges*for the UK:

Postage and Packing charges to UK addresses are based upon weight with a small contribution to the cost of packaging. The total weight, regardless of distributors/numbers of packages, is automatically calculated during the checkout process (and you can consider it before finally placing your order). Each product has an individual weight (without packaging) and these are simply added together.

Each product has an individual weight (without packaging) and these are simply added together. All orders are dispatched from the UK. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import and customs duties.

Delivery Times:

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post depending on the company dispatching the items, or via Parcel Force Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). Delivery will generally made between 1-3 days after your order is placed but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us (to allow for Royal Mail problems). If it still hasn't arrived by then, please email us stating the PayPal transaction ID (which can be found on your transaction confirmation email under transaction details) or call us on 0845 6522654.

Returns:

You are legally entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off period' during which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you would like to pursue this option.

If the order is in any way incorrect, damaged or faulty, please keep the products together with the packaging and contact us straight away.

Packaging:

We only use 100% recyclable packaging materials, and we re-use packaging we receive from suppliers.

Distributor 1: Barefoot Botanicals, Skinfood, Yaoh, Frownies, Ecco Bella, Natura Organics, Maristows, Hemega 3, Perle de Provence, Crystal foot spray, Everlasting Crystal Nail File.

Distributor 2: All Eco-friendly gadgets except Paper Potter, Glow Brick, and Solar Sun Jar.

Distributor 3: All nappies and wipes, Sanitary Protection apart from Natracare, Vegetable Soap, Tea Tree Oil.

Distributor 4: All toys, rattles and comforters - Keptin Junior products.

A small number of items will be sent by:

Simply Soaps: All their gift boxes except Sandalwood and Rose sets.

Tui: All their balms and massage waxes.

Paul Penders: Some items. If you order some stocked by The Natural Shop, Paul Penders will distribute the whole order together.
