The 0845 number is called a Local Rate number or Basic
Rate number and will cost a caller anywhere between
Free (for BT customers with inclusive minutes) up to
3.5p per minute. Certain BT customers get 0845 and 0870
calls included in their bundles. Outside of that, a
standard BT customer would pay 3.5p peak for normal
local rate calls to landline numbers. So, basically
our 0845 rates are the same as local rates at peak times
(7 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
